The Meeting room is available weekdays and weekends from 8.00am to 10:00pm
The Half hall is available weekdays 8.00am to 10:00pm
The Whole Hall is available weekdays from 4.30 pm to 10:00 pm, and weekends from 8.00 am to 10:00pm

Rooms are available to hire in half hourly blocks, starting on the hour and half hour.
N.B. don’t forget to include time to set up and clear up after your event, we expect hirers to vacate their rooms promptly so that they can be available at the start of the next session. We would recommend that you book at least one extra block over and above your event length; thus, if you have a event you expect to last an hour you should book 3 sessions totalling 1½ hours to ensure you have enough time at both ends to set your event up and to clean and tidy the room when you have finished.

Hire of any of the spaces includes access to tables and chairs and the kitchen
All the rooms have luxury vinyl flooring; for some hires e.g. dance, martial arts etc you may need to bring your own protective floor covers.
Hire of any of the spaces includes the use of fully accessible toilet facilities.

Room hire includes access to the kitchen facilities in the Hall.
Please note : In term time the use of the kitchen will be shared with the pre-school group.
The kitchen has a 5 zone electric hob with commercial extraction fitted above.It has two (2) ovens for heating food.
A hot water boiler for making hot drinks and a kettle for backup.
Some pots and pans and ovenware.
A small refrigerator for chilling food and drinks.
A sink with washing up facilities and a separate hand washing sink.
There 48 sets of cutlery (knives forks, spoons and teaspoons), 48 mugs, bowls and side plates. There also a number of larger plates
Glasses in various sizes are available to use.
There are some cooking implements such as cooking knives and other utensilsIf you plan to carry out large scale catering we would recommend that you visit the hall in advance to check on facilities and it may be wise to plan to bring all your own cooking implements, cutlery and crockery to ensure you have enough.

All our rooms have underfloor heating and are air conditioned, so they are warm in winter and cool in summer.

If you have a confirmed booking, you will be met at the hall by someone from the parish council and shown in. When not in use the building is locked and alarmed, please do not attempt to gain access on your own.

The room you will hire will be clean and tidy and we expect them to be returned to us in the same condition at the end of your hire.
Please ensure you allow enough time to clean up and to tidy everything away.
Cleaning materials including a vacuum cleaner and mops and buckets can be found in the cupboard in the main entrance next to the door into the kitchen.
Please make use of these facilities.

Once your booking is confirmed, an invoice will be sent to the email address you have provided.
Please use the reference number provided on the invoice on your bank transfer. If you do not have online banking please let us know when we confirm your booking.
Regular hirers can make a standing order payment direct to the community hall bank account.

There is plentiful parking outside the hall in an off-road car park, although when the playing field is being used for football or other outdoor activities this can become congested.
There is other parking in the roads around the hall.

Please note : No dogs except assistance dogs are allowed into the premises.
